Lou
Weisbach
Chief Executive Officer
Lou Weisbach is a Founding Partner of Stadium
Capital Financing Group (SCFG), a majority-owned
entity of Morgan Stanley Principal Investments.
Prior to SCFG, Weisbach was Founder and Chief
Executive Officer of HA-LO Advertising
Specialties in Chicago. Established in 1972, the
company became the largest marketer and
distributor of promotional products in the
world. Committed to civic engagement, Mr.
Weisbach co-developed the concept of the
American Center for Cures (ACC), with the goal
of curing diseases by bringing accountability
and centralization to 'mission-based research'.
Mr. Weisbach also has long been involved with a
number of charitable organizations.
Richard Magid
Chief Operating Officer
Richard Magid is Chief Operating Officer at
Stadium Capital Financing Group (SCFG).
Previously, Mr. Magid was CFO of Sportvision,
Inc., an interactive sports marketing and
technology company in Chicago. In that capacity,
he led the successful merger of Sportvision and
Ignite Sports. Earlier, as CFO/COO of HA-LO
Advertising Specialties in Chicago, Rich drove
the process that resulted in a highly successful
initial public offering and two secondary
offerings. A certified public accountant, Mr.
Magid began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.,
in Chicago, where he was a Senior Manager in the
Financial Consulting Services division.
Craig Richardson
Executive Vice President
Craig Richardson, EVP at Stadium Capital
Financing Group, has spent the past twenty one
years in the sports, entertainment and financial
industries. Prior to joining Stadium Capital
Financing Group, LLC., Richardson was at Credit
Suisse, providing banking and capital solutions
to the sports and entertainment industries.
Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at
ABN Sports Marketing and at Steinberg & Moorad
Sports Management, LLP, where he managed the
company’s business development and marketing
efforts. Craig is on the Board of Directors of
the Fritz Pollard Alliance Foundation and
fundraising committee for the NYPD.
Ellis T. (Skip) Prince
Senior Vice President
Ellis T. (Skip) Prince brings 25 years of
experience in the sports, entertainment, media
and technology sector to his position as SVP at
Stadium Capital Financing Group. He is also the
founder and principal of The Prince Companies (a
consortium of individual and enterprise partners
providing strategic consulting services to the
domestic and international sports and
entertainment industries) and an Adjunct
Professor at Columbia University's sports
management graduate program. Previously, Prince
was President and CEO of the Canadian Football
League’s Montréal Alouettes, which he led to its
first Grey Cup Championship in 25 years.
Earlier, Skip was a Co-Managing Partner of Goal
Group Consulting, L.L.C., a leading sports
management consulting firm, and Vice President
for Anschutz Properties. He also has served as a
Vice President of the National Hockey League;
Head of Business and Legal Affairs (and Interim
Commissioner) of the Arena Football League; and
as a partner at the Chicago law firm Gottlieb
and Schwartz.
